After any water emergency, we respond quickly and complete the following:

1) Locate and detect the cause and origin.

wp0e1fe919_0f.jpg - After the C&O is determined, documented, photographed, and secured we will coordinate a licensed and insured  professional to repair or replace the C&O immediately.

2) You then sign an acknowledgement with us that protects you (the homeowner), the insurance company and All Water Restoration.  This acknowledgement is easy to read and understand.  No other restoration company in the area is using this type of form.

3) Extract any water, document and remove any non salvageable materials and bag for removal.

4) Set up industry size drying equipment to prevent mold growth and secondary water damages.

- Monitor the equipment daily and record the progress.

5) Discuss material options, colors, and specific details in the repair process.

Red flags should be flying high and you need to protect yourself before it is too late if the restoration company you have at your home is wanting you to sign a contract(s) or payment authorization.

wpe7582326_0f.jpg Make sure you ask the following questions:

1) Please explain how by signing this contract it will protect me (homeowner)?

2) Are you going to do the repairs?

3) Is this contract for performing the repairs also?  Why so many contracts?

wp639dd57c_0f.jpg 4) Will I have to pay out of pocket if your invoice is more than what my insurance is allowing?

5) If there is a difference in the price between what the insurance is allowing and what you are charging, will this delay the process of the claim?

6) Are you willing to help me detect or locate the source of the water damages before signing a contract?

7) If the representative is pushing you into signing a very detailed contract and the representative of the restoration company you have chosen will not go thru the contract with you, then I would suggest you choose someone that will.
